Cheshire East council is seeking your views about your pharmacy.

12/12/2024

Please help us to make sure that your local pharmacy is providing the right services and support for you and your family by completing a short survey.

A community pharmacy or chemist offers services such as dispensing medicines and offering advice and practical help on keeping healthy. It is often the first-place residents will turn to when they have a concern about their health or that of their family. It is for this reason that it is important we look at how well pharmacies are meeting these needs.

We are asking everyone to get involved and respond to this important survey, to help us shape the future of these services.

The questionnaire is anonymous. Your responses will only be looked at by the public health team within your local authority and only the total responses will be used in the report. It should take about 15 minutes to complete.
